November 6, 2021, Auteuil Racecourse (Paris). - Trainer Arnaud Chaillé-Chaillé saddled his third winner of the 3-year-olds' "Grand Steeple", the Congress 3yo Chase (Gr2). However, his representative Latino des Isles (Martaline) made quite an impression as he led by a long way from the start to the finish, leaving the second-placed Iniesta du Gouët (Coastal Path) at 20 lengths without ever looking challenged despite a few awkward jumps and 4lbs to carry. Owned by Hubert Mauillon's Ecurie Hub de Montmirail, Latino des Isles was bred by Catherine Pousin, still his co-owner through SCEA EquiFlore.

The winner's dam Isle Enchantée (Trempolino) is a winner of the Chambly 3yo Fillies Hurdle race (L) and the Magne 3yo Fillies Hurdle race (L).

His Latino des Isles by Saint des Saints is for sale and consigned by Fairway Consignment (Charles Brière) at the Arqana Autumn sale in a few days.
