Four 2-year-old colts face one filly, Jolie (Power), over the Darley Prix de Cabourg (Gr3), on Sunday at Deauville over 6 furlongs. In this second round of the Darley Series after the Darley Prix Robert Papin (Gr2) won last Sunday by A'Ali, and before the Darley Prix Morny (Gr1) final. Once again convincing when she finished well in third in the "Papin" last Sunday over 1,100 metres, Jolie will this time fight against two boys from the Godolphin team, the French-trained Earthlight (Shamardal), impressive winner of two races, and Well of Wisdom (Oasis Dream), trained across the Channel but a recent winner of the Prix Roland de Chambure (L), over 7 furlongs in ParisLongchamp. He beat that day Mowaeva (Evasive), who is also shortened in this Darley Prix de Cabourg.
Third to A'Ali in the Norfolk Stakes (Gr2) at Royal Ascot, Dubai Station (Brazen Beau) is looking for a first group win as well.
