November 12, 2022, Auteuil Racecourse (Paris). – A first major test for 3-year-old chasers at Auteuil, the €200,000 Prix Congress 3yo Chase (Gr2) was dominated by two beginners in this speciality, the AQPS Juntos Ganamos (Martaline) and Goliath du Rheu (Castle du Berlais). Trained by David Cottin, the former travelled in the leading group, with Castelet (Recorder) still ahead until the second last jump. Joined by Speed Emile (Estejo) and Goliath du Rheu, Junos Ganamos soon took over but was never able to shake off Goliat du Rheu, beaten a short neck, almost 5 lengths ahead of Speed Emile.

It was Juntos Ganamos's first win, too, as he started his racing career in September with a 2nd place in the AQPS 3yo Hurdle Prix Isopani and fell at the first hurdle in his next assignment, at  Auteuil, less than three weeks before this.

Juntos Ganamos was bred by Magalen Bryant. He's owned by Margaux Cottin, Gérard Augustin-Normand, David Cottin, Écurie Michael Rizieri, Écurie Thomas Sivadier and Stéphanie Nigge. He's been sold by the Bryant succession last May for €45 000 to Highflyer Bloodstock. His yearling brother by Saint des Saints goes to Arqana on November 16.
