Auteuil racecourse in Paris has closed its doors for the Winter on Thursday, December 2nd.
However, the jumps season keeps going as two main racecourses at Pau and Cagnes-sur-Mer open their Winter meetings.
On Friday, December 3rd, the short Jumps season has started at Cagnes-sur-Mer. It will close on January 9th with the Grand Prix de la Ville de Nice Chase (Gr3) finale. 11 race days are on schedule and the flat season will take over immediately after.
On Saturday, December 4th, the Pont-Long racecourse at Pau opens its own mixed meeting which lasts a bit more than two months with 25 meetings until February 9th. The Grand Prix de Pau Biraben Foie Gras Chase (Gr3) is due on January 23rd and the Grand Cross de Pau Reverdy is on February 6th.
