Supplemented by Godolphin to run in the #Qipco Prix du #JockeyClub (Gr1), Key Victory (Teofilo) will try to be as good as his stablemate Masar, saturday in the Epsom Derby (Gr1), the English equivalent of the Jockey Club. The same team will gather again as the rider Williamd Buick and the trainer Charlie Appleby are also united around Key Victory.

The last owner to have succeeded in both Derbies on the same year is Khaled Abdullah, back in 1990, with Quest For Fame and Sanglamore, both ridden by Pat Eddery and trained by Roger Charlton.

In 2007, rider Lanfranco Dettori won the Derby aboard Authorized and the Prix du Jockey Club with Lawman, but for different connections.
