Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe attendance limited to 5,000 people per day

In view of the health situation in France and in particular the city of Paris, which is once again considered “an area with elevated levels of the Covid-19 virus”, the Paris police has not been able to grant an exemption to accommodate more than 5000 people at public events.

In this context, attendance for the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe weekend on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October, will be limited to 5,000 people, including racing and event organisers.

This measure obliges France Galop to reassess its initial plans for the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe weekend.

Access to the event, which is the undisputed highlight in the racing calendar, will therefore be restricted to France Galop members (owners, breeders, trainers, etc.).

France Galop will completely redesign its access system, which it will send out to its members as soon as possible.

France Galop deeply regrets not being able to welcome the general public for the 2020 edition of the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, which promises another exciting renewal.

All tickets and 2-day passes already purchased for that weekend will be carried forward automatically to the 2021 edition. On request, tickets and 2-day passes will be refunded.
