Thursday, May 14, 2020, ParisLongchamp. – A further step on the way to the Prix de Diane Longines, the Prix Vanteaux (Gr3) is this year scheduled seven weeks from the classic rather than the usual ten weeks.

They were nine at the start to try to launch their classic campaign with success and if Emoji (Soldier Hollow) started as the favourite after her resounding return in the Prix La Camargo (L), prior to the lockdown, the representative of Team Valor would not keep up with Magic Attitude (Galileo) in the final stages. The latter won by two lengths and Emoji narrowly resisted Flighty Lady (Sir Percy), beaten a short head for the second place.

Bought back at € 850,000 at the Deauville yearling sales, Magic Attitude is a full sister to the good Impassible Mission, by leading stallion Galileo and a winner of the Nunthorpe Stakes (Gr1) over a thousand meters in York.. She started last August by a sixth place in one of the hottest maiden races of the meeting. She went on to win at Lyon-Parilly, where she also finished third in the Critérium de Lyon (L), her last outing last season.

She is entered in The Emirates Poule d'Essai des Pouliches (Gr1), the Coolmore Prix Saint-Alary (Gr1) and the Prix de Diane Longines (Gr1).

On the same card at Paris Longchamp, the last Prix de Diane Longines (Gr1) third Grand Glory (Olympic Glory), who hadn’t run since, made a good winning start in the Prix Zarkava - European Breeders Fund (L) over 10.5 furlongs.
