The Chantilly classics, namely the Prix de Diane Longines (French Oaks, Gr1) and Prix du Jockey Club (French Derby, Gr1), being this year scheduled on the same day, July 5, the preparatory stages for both sexes are also scheduled together.
The Prix Vanteaux (Gr3) usually takes place on the same day as the Prix La Force (Gr3), its male counterpart, and they were initially due to be run on April 5!
This time, they will be a little closer to their aim. This is even more true for the Prix Vanteaux, which is usually held ten weeks before the "Diane" and is only seven weeks away this time.

Rolleville (f3, FRA by Rock of Gibraltar and Racemate, by Hurricane Run), Rating: 89lbs
Bred by her owner, she started in July last year by a third place in Dieppe over 7 furlongs, and failed two months later at Saint-Cloud over the on very soft ground. Three weeks later, however, she easily won her first race on a heavy turf and over the mile again. She has not reappeared since.
She is entered in The Emirates Poule d'Essai des Pouliches (Gr1), the Coolmore Prix Saint-Alary (Gr1) and the Prix de Diane Longines (Gr1).

Fée Historique (f3, FRA by Lucayan and Xachusa, by Xaar) Value / Rating: 36kg / 79lbs
Purchased € 5,500 at the yearlings sales in Deauville, she has already run seven times without winning, even if she finished sixth in the Qatar Prix Marcel Boussac (Gr1).
She is entered in the Prix de Diane Longines (Gr1).

Way of Tango (f3, FRA by Galiway and Natsumi, by Elusive City) Value / Rating: -
Bred by one of her owners, she started in November by a fourth place in Saint-Cloud, then won at Fontainebleau in March on heavy ground and one mile.
She not entered in any Group 1.

Passefontaine (f3, FRA by Wootton Bassett and Perpetual Glory, by Dansili) Value / Rating: -
Bred by her owners, she started her career in February on the Chantilly all-weather by a third place, and confirmed four weeks later by taking the second place in a Listed race, also on the all-weather track at Chantilly but over 9.5 furlongs instead of the mile.
She is entered in the Coolmore Prix Saint-Alary (Gr1) and the Prix de Diane Longines (Gr1).

Magic Attitude (f3, GB by Galileo and Margot Did, by Exceed and Excel) Value / Rating: 42g / 93lbs
Bought back at € 850,000 at the Deauville yearling sales, this sister to the good Mission Impassible by leading stallion Galileo and a Group 1 sprint winner in England started last August by a sixth place in one of the most sought after maiden races of the meeting. She went on to win at Lyon-Parilly, where she also finished third in the Critérium de Lyon (L), her last outing.
She is entered in The Emirates Poule d'Essai des Pouliches (Gr1), the Coolmore Prix Saint-Alary (Gr1) and the Prix de Diane Longines (Gr1).

Leilani (f3, ESP by Dink and Dona Pepita, by Elusive City) Value / Rating: -
Bred in Spain by her owners, she won four races in Madrid in six outings but had to settle for fifth place for her return and her debut in France, in a Listed run last March in Saint-Cloud and won by Emoji in front of Galova, whom she finds here.
She is in the Prix de Diane Longines (Gr1).

Galova (f3, FRA by Galiway and Nicole, by Dashing Blade) Value / Rating: 43kg / 95lbs
Bred by her owner, she won her first race on the Lyon La Soie all-weather after two failures, then placed twice before finishing third, in November in Toulouse, of the Critérium du Languedoc ( L). She did even better for her comeback by finishing second two lengths behind Emoji, whom she finds here again.
She's not entered in any Group 1.

Emoji (f3, GER by Soldier Hollow and Exotic Rose, by Manduro) Value / Rating: 46kg / 101lbs
Bred in Germany, she won her first race in Baden-Baden by 14 lengths, then was imported to France, where she started last March with a very clear victory in the Prix La Camargo (L), notably beating Galova and Leilani.
She is entered in The Emirates Poule d'Essai des Pouliches (Gr1) and the Prix de Diane Longines (Gr1).

Flighty Lady (f3, IRE by Sir Percy and Airfield, by Dansili) Value / Rating: 49kg / 108lbs
Purchased £ 21,000 at the Newmarket yearling sales, she started with a third place at ParisLongchamp, then won a month later in August at Deauville before taking the third place in the Prix d'Aumale (Gr3), within one length of the winner. She got the same result for her seasonal bow in the Qatar Prix Marcel Boussac (Gr1), no less, finishing well. She has changed owners and trainers since then.
She is entered in The Emirates Poule d'Essai des Pouliches (Gr1), the Coolmore Prix Saint-Alary (Gr1) and the Prix de Diane Longines (Gr1).
