Following two medical and surgical internships in France and in the United States of America, Dr. Théry worked as a veterinarian in Ireland before moving to the Middle East, where he became the Senior Veterinarian of the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club, where he was in charge of racing and equestrian competitions including show jumping, dressage and endurance. Dr. Théry has acquired reproduction, sports medicine, orthopaedics and health control expertise. He has also developed specific expertise in the regulatory area of racing, notably anti-doping control, as he worked for more than 15 years as a senior veterinarian for a racing & equestrian authority.

Dr. Stephanie Chapman, who is in charge of the Inspections department, and Geneviève Sœurs, who heads the Passports department, will assist him.
