The unique setting of Chantilly racecourse that overlooks the Château and its Great Stables ensures an unforgettable day. Ambiance Prix de Diane Longines

1 – Watch the world’s greatest fillies’ race in the most amazing setting

For more than a century the best 3-year-old fillies in Europe have made their way to the start of the Prix de Diane Longines, which is run at Chantilly racecourse against the backdrop of the Great Stables and the Chantilly Château. In this unique setting, the best and most gifted fillies will run over 2 100 metres with one aim only: To win the race and to be crowned champion of this most sought-after event in Europe! It is a day where everyone is captivated by the intensity of these top-level sporting highlights while admiring the elegance and beauty of the horses on the track.

2 – To admire or be admired, on your own or as a couple!

Elegance is in the DNA of a day at the Prix de Diane Longines. On this occasion, to stand out, you can be as extravagant as you wish. The most elegant outfits are embellished with a matching hat, the accessory that will attract all the attention!

A new addition in the Competition of Elegance

For the first time in 2024, the famous Competition of Elegance at the Prix de Diane Longines will be split into two categories: There will be an award for the most elegant Lady, as well as for the most elegant couple.

Strut the catwalk as you wish: as a couple or with a friend or family, and become the first « elegant couple » in the history of the Prix de Diane Longines. Registering for the competition is free and takes place on the day.

3 – Enjoy the many attractions in the Diane Village

There are several free attractions on site: A huge tower toboggan, merry-go-round, pony rides, face painting, flower crown-making and equestrian shows.

From the village situated on the infield of the racecourse, spectators can follow the races throughout the day. This leisure area is designed to provide stunning views of the Chantilly Château.

Spectators are invited to stroll between the two different areas, known as the « garden » lawn and the « festive » lawn, where they will find ephemeral village squares and their fountains! These delightful areas celebrate the pleasure of getting together with your friends or with your family.

4 – Enjoy a Ladurée picnic with your friends or family

The Prix de Diane Longines goes hand in hand with a very chic picnic! The main lawn area at Chantilly racecourse is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxed picnic in a friendly atmosphere with your friends or family. There are many different options, among them the Diane table, for a gourmet break, or a Ladurée picnic.

For this event, the teams of this famous caterer have created an exquisite lunch, presented in a fabulous collectable hatbox, decorated with colourful horses.

This elegant picnic on the lawn will also be the perfect opportunity to indulge in the specially created passionfruit-raspberry macaron! Don’t forget to book your seat at the Diane table or your picnic hatbox before the event.
